1 .Which payment method do we accept?

You can pay by visa, master card or the other kinds of card, such as a gift card, paypal, e-gold, money booker or western union.

2 .How long does the delivery of the Talisman Gold take?

It will take 10-30 minutes generally according to different purchase amounts. It will take at most 36 hours to deliver if your order a large amount and we may give you some discounts. If we still can't deliver in 36 hours, we will give you some discount for your waiting. Please see the details in each game introduction.

3 .Live Help is not responding. What's wrong?

The speed of the live chat connection also depends on the type of Internet connection used, the Internet Service Provider (ISP), and the time when you are accessing the website. If you are using a 56K modem dial-up, you tend to experience slower speed. Some ISPs also tend to be slower during peak period when the Internet traffic is congested. Please kindly try again or email us if you are having difficulties in messaging us.

4 .I have ordered on the wrong server or character name. What should I do?

Please send us an email from your PayPal email address or contact our live chat representatives that you have placed the order from and include your Order number and the correct server or character name. We will make delivery according to the new instructions given.

5 .Why I need put home phone number?

ALL first time purchasers will be receiving a phone call to verify the order. Returning customers who have been verified will not be required to be called again in most cases. SO please include your home phone number (Which matches the confirmed address) in the notes of PayPal payment. Please provide a time which we should call you at to verify the purchase.

6 .How is a delivery accomplished?

After you complete the order process and have sent payment, the order appears in our delivery queue .then our deliveryman will log in game and contact the character you left on the order. If our deliveryman is unable to make a contact, an e-mail will be sent to the contact address provided. You may reply to this e-mail or log onto our live chat to verify the status of your delivery.
